I love how stylized each one is, with their sharp corners, intresting poses, and very cool "coloring?" techniques.

I feel like for a n00b like me, there is much to learn in this gif.
The color palettes are great. I love how each scene has its own palette, all halloween themed.
I also really like how you handle the outlines. The light outlines over dark outlines in dark backgrounds really look nice c:

I'm still testing out stuff in pixel art and the outline effects is easily among my favourite tricks so far haha

Looks amazing, and the drawing style would indeed fit very well in the game. I throughly enjoyed getting every achievement in that game :D What do you imagine these mechs would do?

Very nice map. I love the folded paper appearance :D
All the symbols are easy and intuitive to read. Maaaybe could use a little bit of variation on the forest trees, but on the other hand, old videogames did use tilemaps like that where every tree is the same.

Very creative and asthetic way to draw the compass rose...
North is to the right???? (Not complaining though)

What about adding a little bit of texture to the water? Like some sort of waves or something?

Yeah the snowflake points north. Snow melts further south, so that direction has a water droplet.

I'm really glad it's easy to read, I wanted it to be somewhat simplistic for that reason. Waves would've been a great idea that I just didn't think of, but I also think it's good empty space there.

Beautiful and inspiring. I like the way you draw the stars in this "+" shape :3
The color usage is amazing and the way everything is dark but the water and sky looks really beautiful ^.^
